The resort has its ups and downs. I really appreciated the beautiful gardens and the beach area, which were well-maintained. However, the check-in process was chaotic with a lack of staff, and the accommodation left much to be desired due to cleanliness issues. Overall, it felt like a 3-star experience rather than what I had hoped for. I'd hesitate to recommend it based on my stay.

We had an unforgettable anniversary vacation at Bahia Principe Luxury Esmeralda. The staff provided exceptional service, making us feel incredibly special. The cocktail selection at the bar was delightful, thanks to a talented mixologist. However, our friends, who visited earlier, encountered some service inconsistencies, and it was surprising to hear about dated room conditions. Overall, the beautiful beach and luxurious amenities made for a memorable stay.
